I am Hervé OCTUVON-BAZILE, a drone remote pilot based in Rosny-sous-Bois (93). HOBSERVATION PROD is my sole proprietorship.

Two class C0 drones, open category A1. The choice depends on the deliverable, not on a spec sheet on its own.
DJI Mini 5 Pro
Light drone, class C0, open category A1. It is used for overall views and for close views of facades and roofs, without a boom lift or scaffolding.
BetaFPV Pavo20 Pro II
Light FPV drone, class C0, open category A1, indoors and outdoors.

You describe the service family, the town or address of the site, the preferred date and the scale (buildings or area).

Quote
I reply within 24 business hours with a priced proposal. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
- 3
Preparation and flight-authorization steps
I prepare the mission and carry out the flight-authorization steps. They are included in the service, handled by me, and they are not a separate line on the invoice.
- 4
Flight
The flight takes place on site when the weather and safety allow it. FPV is flown indoors and outdoors. Standard views cover facades, roofs and the worksite from the agreed viewpoints.

Delivery
Without editing, delivery is within 48 h. If the service includes an edit (clip, film, pack or FPV), the lead time is set in the quote.

Launch rate, valid through 31/12/2026 inclusive.
