Data collected
The “Request a quote” form collects the service family, the town or address of the site, the preferred date, the number of buildings or the area, the message, the email address and the phone number. A hidden field is used only to drop automated submissions: if it is filled in, the message is not sent.
The site does not ask for an account and does not host a database of enquiries.
Purpose
The information is used to answer the quote request and, if needed, to prepare the mission. It is not used for prospecting unrelated to that request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the person (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
Recipients
The message is sent to Hervé OCTUVON-BAZILE, at contact@hobservationprod.fr, when the site's email sending is configured. It then goes through the email provider chosen for the site, acting on behalf of HOBSERVATION PROD.

Retention
The request is kept for as long as it takes to handle it. If a mission is agreed, the documents related to that mission are kept for the legal period that applies to accounting records.
Cookies and local storage
A NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the chosen language (French or English) when that choice differs from the language offered by the browser. Light or dark theme is stored locally in the browser (local storage key), not in an advertising cookie.
The Work and Rates pages offer a video hosted by YouTube. The player loads only after a click. YouTube may then set cookies under its own policy. HOBSERVATION PROD does not add an advertising tracker.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing, by writing to contact@hobservationprod.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
