A drone orthophoto is a visual plan, not a surveyor's survey. The facade and roof record remains a visual account, without a diagnosis.

- Facade and roof record: gallery 240 €, annotated report 380 €, multi-building worksite or complex site 570 €. Same-flight orthophoto option: 140 €, up to 1 ha. Delivery within 48 h.
- Site follow-up, one visit a month, from the same viewpoints: 270 € per visit, 245 € per visit over 3 months (735 €), 230 € per visit from 6 months (6 visits: 1 380 €). Delivery within 48 h.
- Orthophoto: 415 € up to 1 ha, then 590 €, 790 € and 990 €. Beyond 15 ha: on quote. Visual plan, not a surveyor's survey. Delivery within 48 h.
- Standard drone capture: 375 € for half a day, 650 € for a full day. Deliverables set in the quote, raw images within 48 h.
- Editing: 15 to 30 s clip 240 €, 60 to 90 s film 320 €, 2 to 3 min film 495 €, extra round of changes 80 €. Lead time depends on the edit and is set in the quote.
