I work for town halls and technical departments: a visual record of municipal buildings, plans seen from the air and follow-up of public works. The base is in Rosny-sous-Bois, and the area covers Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne, Paris and Île-de-France.
The record remains a visual account, without a diagnosis. The orthophoto is a visual plan, not a surveyor's survey. This sheet does not include a video-editing package.
Each mission includes the transfer of usage rights (website, social media, commercial materials, France, unlimited duration) and the flight-authorization steps. Travel from Rosny-sous-Bois follows the scale on the Rates page.

- Public works, one visit a month, from the same viewpoints: 270 € per visit, 245 € per visit over 3 months (735 €), 230 € per visit from 6 months (6 visits: 1 380 €). Delivery within 48 h.
- Orthophoto: 415 € to 990 € depending on the area, on quote beyond 15 ha. Visual plan, not a surveyor's survey. Delivery within 48 h.
- Standard capture: 375 € for half a day, 650 € for a full day. Raw images within 48 h. No editing package on this sheet.
